Gray Culbreath, managing shareholder of the firm, is being recognized for his work in Personal Injury Defense: Products Liability. His practice focus includes products liability, class action litigation, and professional negligence claims. Additionally, he conducts an active appellate practice for his regional and national clients. Mr. Culbreath received his undergraduate degree from Wofford College. He earned his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Mr. Culbreath has also been recognized by Best Lawyers 2010 and is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

Jack Griffeth, Of Counsel to the firm, has been selected for his practice in Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has been certified as a mediator by the South Carolina Bar and speaks frequently on the subject of mediation. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Wofford College where he earned his degree in Liberal Arts. He received his Juris Doctor from Duke University. Mr. Griffeth has appeared on the Best Lawyers list consecutively since his selection to the 11th edition in 2005 and has an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell.
