On Saturday, April 28, IADC Asian Membership Envoy and Past President Tripp Haston, a partner at Bradley LLP, will address the Yale US-China Forum at the Yale School of Management in New Haven, Connecticut. The Yale US-China Forum is a student-led conference at Yale University that seeks to initiate discussions on forward-looking issues in China. This year’s Forum theme will be The China Accelerator for World Development with a focus on topics like Private Equity & Venture Capital, Healthcare, Macro Economy & Public Policy, and more.
Mr. Haston will join a panel to address the new challenges that technology poses to the legal community in China and to address appropriate responses to these new challenges. His co-panelists include Brian Kuhn (Global Leader and Co-Founder of IBM Watson Legal); Xiao (Jason) Si, (President of Tecent Research Institute of Shenzhen, China); Xiaodong Ding (Vice President of Renmin Law & Tech Institute of Renmin University in Beijing, China); and Jake Sullivan (National Security Adviser to Vice President Joe Biden and Director of Policy Planning at the U.S. Department of State, Deputy Chief of Staff to Secretary of State Hilary Clinton).
