The Product Liability Committee recently created a 50 State Product Liability Quick Reference Guide. This Guide provides product liability information on the 50 states, as well as Puerto Rico and D.C. Information in the Guide includes: statute of limitation, product statute of repose, COA for strict liability available, negligence standard, independent cause of action for spoliation, and punite damages.
