On October 13, S. Gordon McKee and his eDiscovery partner Anne Glover presented a draft paper at the Vanderbilt Law Review Symposium on The Future of Discovery, with significant contributions from a number of IADC members and/or their colleagues, entitled “A Comparative Discussion of Who Pays for Document Discovery in Australia, Canada, Guernsey (Channel Islands) and Singapore.” The contributors included Colin Loveday, Christabel Richards-Neville, Bonnie Perns of Clayton Utz, Andrew Laws and Bryan Little of Babbe LLP, and Anton Seilern and Benson Lim of Hogan Lovells. The draft paper will be finalized and submitted for publication in the Vanderbilt Law Review.
