Beirne, Maynard & Parsons partner Scott D. Marrs has been appointed by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) to its Panel of Distinguished International Arbitrators. Mr. Marrs has more than 25 years of experience counseling clients in litigation and arbitration matters involving international, energy (oil and gas exploration, production, transportation, storage, power, petrochemical, energy marketing, well service), intellectual property (patent, trademark, copyright, trade secrets and covenant not to compete litigation), commercial, and product liability matters in state and federal courts, in both national and international forums.
