The IADC is happy to announce that Katie Chandler, a partner at Taylor Wessing LLP in London, has accepted the invitation to join the IADC.
“I am delighted to be invited as a new member of the prestigious International Association of Defense Counsel,” Ms. Chandler said. “I look forward to working alongside other well-recognised experts in their fields of corporate defense and insurance who rely on the organization to provide valuable, high-level education and professional development opportunities.”
Ms. Chandler represents corporates in the defence of cross-border, high-value and complex product liability litigation. She also advises clients on product safety compliance and corrective action, including worldwide product recalls. Her experience covers a variety of sectors including life sciences, automotive, consumer and retail, food and drink, and technology (with a particular focus on automated vehicles and the internet of things).
Ms. Chandler also is a member of DRI International and serves as program vice chair for DRI's Hot Topics in International Law Seminar.
Ms. Chandler received her law degree from BPP Law School in London.
