Timothy F. Daniels, partner at Irwin Fritchie Urquhart Moore & Daniels LLC, has been elevated to a named member of the firm. Tim Daniels is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, President-Elect of the National Association of Railroad Counsel, former President of the New Orleans Bar Association, and serves as an Adjunct Professor and member of the Board of Trustees at the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center.
As one of the preeminent trial attorneys in the country, Tim has served as lead counsel in some of the highest profile Multi-District Litigation matters in the country. He serves as an advisor and counsel to Fortune 500 companies, and a mentor to the next generation of attorneys at Irwin Fritchie.
Tim has been a leader at the firm since he joined in 2008, serving on the Executive Committee and as Chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. His leadership, trial experience, and litigation acumen has enhanced every practice area at the firm including products liability, railroad law, environmental & toxic tort, and pharmaceutical and medical device.
