At its Annual Meeting on June 5, the Maryland Defense Counsel installed Toyja E. Kelley, a partner with Tydings & Rosenberg, as its president. Mr. Kelley has been an active member of the organization's board of directors since 2005 as well as the executive committee since 2010.
Mr. Kelley concentrates his practice in general commercial, construction, professional and product liability, business torts, and insurance coverage litigation in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
