The IADC Trial Techniques & Tactics Committee proudly presents a three part webinar series designed to help today's defense lawyer win at trial. The series will feature accomplished defense trial attorneys who will share their knowledge and insight for winning at trial based on their years of trial experience. Part I will be a discussion of effective opening statements by two accomplished trial lawyers, Bob Curley and Joe O'Neil. Part 2, in March 2012, will address the cross-examination of plaintiffs' experts, and Part 3, in May 2012, will discuss closing arguments.
