In February 2022, the IADC launched the Diversity Roadmap, a resource guide for law firms and corporations which encourages greater diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Your firm or company may have a whole team dedicated to DEI efforts, or it may just be starting on its DEI journey. This interactive website is meant to assist you no matter where you are in that process.
